Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of FFEL. By using FFEL, you accept these Terms.
Overview
FFEL provides Carrier Revenue Intelligence services for motor carriers, including the Revenue Scan, the Revenue Leakage Diagnostic, Carrier Command, and supporting modules. These Terms apply to all visitors, carriers, drivers, and partners who use FFEL.
Use of FFEL
You may use FFEL only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials.
Carrier Revenue Intelligence
FFEL is a Carrier Revenue Intelligence service. Carrier Command, Revenue Scan, and Diagnostic outputs are intended to surface revenue exposure across rates, capacity, accessorial, detention, margin, and cash conversion. The service does not arrange transportation or replace operational decision-making by the carrier.
Revenue Scan Estimates
Revenue Scan outputs are estimates calculated from inputs you provide and from industry-default assumptions where inputs are not provided. Estimates are not guarantees of recoverable revenue and should not be relied on for any specific operating, financial, accounting, or compliance decision.
Diagnostic Reports
The Revenue Leakage Diagnostic delivers an operator-grade report on the specific operation. Reports are estimates, not guarantees of recoverable revenue. Diagnostic fees are non-refundable after kickoff plus seven days.
Carrier Command
Carrier Command renders an operating view from carrier-approved data sources. The carrier remains responsible for every operating decision, including pricing, dispatch, hiring, compensation, billing, customer relationships, and compliance.
Driver Signal
Driver Signal collects driver pipeline information for future carrier review. Submitting a Driver Signal does not guarantee employment, placement, carrier contact, pay, onboarding, or opportunity. Carriers make every hiring decision.
No Broker, Dispatch, or Staffing Role
FFEL does not arrange transportation. FFEL does not dispatch trucks. FFEL does not negotiate, recommend, or set freight rates. FFEL does not file claims. FFEL does not bill accessorials. FFEL does not factor invoices. FFEL does not hire or place drivers and does not promise carrier hires. FFEL does not run background checks, MVR, PSP, drug screens, or DOT verification.
No Legal, Tax, Accounting, or Compliance Advice
FFEL provides operational diagnostics. Nothing on this site or in any FFEL report constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or compliance advice. Consult a licensed professional for advice in those domains.
No Guarantee of Revenue Recovery
All scan, report, and dashboard outputs are estimates. FFEL does not guarantee revenue recovery, savings, hires, placements, or any specific operating outcome.
Carrier Responsibilities
Carriers are responsible for hiring, onboarding, compliance, dispatch, compensation, billing, pricing, customer relationships, recordkeeping, and verification. Carriers are responsible for the accuracy of data they submit, and for any actions taken in reliance on FFEL outputs.
Driver Responsibilities
Drivers are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit and for their own employment decisions. FFEL is not the employer of any driver and does not place drivers with carriers.
Payments and Diagnostic Fees
Diagnostic fees are charged at the price displayed at checkout. Fees are non-refundable after kickoff plus seven days. Payment is processed via a third-party payment provider; FFEL does not store full payment instrument details.
Data Submission
By submitting data through FFEL forms, you represent that you have the authority to submit it and that the submission complies with applicable law. Treatment of submitted data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
Account Access
Carrier and driver accounts are created after FFEL approval. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for any activity under your account.
Acceptable Use
You may not use FFEL to harass, defraud, or harm any party, to attempt unauthorized access, to scrape or replicate the service, or to violate any law or regulation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FFEL's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees paid by you to FFEL in the twelve months preceding the claim. FFEL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
