Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information FFEL collects, how it is used, and the rights you have over your information. FFEL provides Carrier Revenue Intelligence services for motor carriers and the drivers and partners that interact with them. By using FFEL, you agree to this policy.

FFEL collects information submitted through Network Access, Revenue Scan, Driver Signal, Diagnostic, account, and contact forms. This may include company name, work email, phone number, role, fleet information, equipment and lane preferences, operating data the carrier chooses to share, and related notes.

FFEL also collects basic technical information such as IP address, browser, and timestamp at the time of submission, used for security, audit trails, and consent recordkeeping.

We use submitted information to deliver requested services, review carrier operations, prepare Diagnostic reports, surface revenue gaps inside Carrier Command, and respond to inquiries. We do not use information for purposes unrelated to the requested service.

Carrier-supplied operating data — TMS exports, ELD summaries, accounting records, rate files, and similar — is treated as the carrier's data. FFEL is the processor; the carrier is the controller. Carriers may request correction or deletion of submitted company data at any time.

Driver Signal data is used for pipeline visibility and future carrier review only when consent is provided. No cross-carrier sharing of identifiable driver data without proper consent. Drivers may request removal at any time by emailing pipeline@freightfromeverylane.com with the subject "REMOVE."

Where the form requires consent, that consent is captured at submission with timestamp, source page, and IP address. Carriers and drivers may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

FFEL only contacts you on the channels you opted in to. SMS check-ins are opt-in and may be cancelled at any time by replying STOP. Email communications include unsubscribe controls and honor opt-out requests within 10 business days.

FFEL uses third-party processors to operate the service (hosting, database, payment processing, automation, email and SMS infrastructure). Each processor is bound by its own privacy and security commitments. FFEL does not share personally identifiable carrier or driver data with non-affiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

FFEL does not sell, license, or syndicate carrier or driver data. Aggregated or anonymized insights may be used only where permitted by agreement and privacy controls, and only after individual records are de-identified to a degree that prevents re-identification.

FFEL retains carrier and driver information for as long as needed to deliver requested services and to maintain audit trails required by law. Submitters may request earlier deletion. Suppression-list audit records are retained indefinitely after a deletion request to honor the suppression.

To request access, correction, or deletion of your information, email pipeline@freightfromeverylane.com with the subject "PRIVACY REQUEST." We process verified requests within 24 business hours where reasonably possible.

Carriers may request correction or deletion of submitted company data. Drivers may request removal from the Driver Signal pipeline at any time.

FFEL uses commercially reasonable security controls, including encryption in transit, access controls on storage systems, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your information has been compromised, email pipeline@freightfromeverylane.com immediately.
